
Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Akihito Ishii, Managing Director and the executive team, brought together over 200 COCKPIT nationwide franchisees for the "COCKPIT National Meeting2025" at the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa, Chonburi province. The meeting aimed at elevating business management with strengthening and building trust in the brand with a Customer Centric approach to deliver exceptional experiences. As part of the meeting, the franchisees were invited to experience the premium tire performance at the launch of BRIDGESTONE TURANZA 6, setting the new comfort benchmark for superior driving. The test drive took place on a designated route in Pattaya, Chonburi province, allowing them to experience the product firsthand before presenting the tire to customers through real-world insights.
COCKPIT held the regional meeting for its franchisees between March and April 2025. To further strengthen alignment and emphasize strategic business management toward tangible outcomes, COCKPIT held the national meeting, uniting its nationwide franchisees to move forward together with a shared vision.
This year, COCKPIT has outlined four key strategies to elevate its brand: 1) Modernize and expand the service network by upgrading existing branches to present a more modern image while aggressively expanding coverage nationwide to ensure accessibility for customers. 2) Standardize service by implementing year-round training programs for staff and professional technicians to enhance skills, expertise, and customer service consistency, ensuring that every branch delivers the same high-quality experience. 3) Strengthen product standards by establishing clear quality benchmarks for tires and other automotive products to deliver comprehensive car maintenance. 4) Enhance digital presence and marketing by developing online platforms to attract new customer segments, including the launch of an e-commerce system and the creation of engaging content. This also involves increasing online promotions to boost visibility and drive traffic.
